About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end success of Pfizer’s CRM platform supporting customer-facing colleagues globally across Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical user groups
- Shape the next-generation, AI-enabled CRM experience as Pfizer re-platforms its CRM technology
- Identify technology enhancement opportunities aligned with Pfizer’s business objectives and improve the CFC experience
- Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap aligned with market business objectives
- Own outcomes, assess user and business impact, and course-correct as needed
- Build stakeholder relationships to understand CFC needs and translate them into technology opportunities
- Lead customer- and market-facing solution demonstrations for sales, medical and KAM personas
- Learn platform capabilities and perform basic configuration to test features and prepare demos
- Quantify business impact and prioritize enhancements
- Partner with UX/Design, delivery and operations teams on concepting, planning, building and deploying features
- Write product requirements and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization
- Develop methods to measure and report business impact
- Support CFC tooling through requirements, UAT, training and communications
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate Life Sciences CFC CRM offerings and build/buy decisions
- Drive standardization, consolidation and global scalability across CFC technology tools
- Support privacy, digital, legal, regulatory and compliance teams with data standards, policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses
- 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company, owning a product end-to-end from strategy through delivery
- Experience navigating consumer privacy and/or healthcare data landscapes at scale
- Experience integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing challenges
- Ability to forge strong relationships with engineering partners
- Experience evaluating product decisions strategically and making prioritization tradeoffs using large datasets and data-driven product decisions
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and mindset

- Up to 50% travel and ability to adapt to meetings scheduled for European/Asian time zones
