About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end success of Pfizer’s CRM platform supporting customer-facing colleagues globally across Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical user groups
  • Shape the next-generation AI-enabled CRM experience as Pfizer re-platforms its CRM technology
  • Identify technology enhancement opportunities aligned with Pfizer’s business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and contribute to the strategic CFC product roadmap
  • Partner with digital technology teams and vendors to concept, plan, build and deploy solutions
  • Develop a CFC CRM roadmap tied to market business objectives and business impact
  • Build stakeholder relationships to understand CFC needs and translate them into technology enhancements
  • Lead customer- and market-facing solution demonstrations for sales, medical and KAM personas
  • Learn platform capabilities and perform basic configuration to test features and prepare demos
  • Quantify business impact and drive enhancement prioritization
  • Partner with UX/Design, delivery and operations teams on concepting, planning, building and deploying features
  • Write product requirements and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization
  • Measure and report business impact of technology enhancements
  • Support functional and business needs through requirements definition, UAT, training and communications
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate build-versus-buy decisions
  • Promote standardization, consolidation and global scalability across CFC technology tools
  • Support privacy, digital, legal, regulatory and compliance teams in deploying data standards, policies and procedures
  • Travel up to 50% and adapt to European/Asian time-zone meetings when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses
  • 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company, owning a product end-to-end from strategy through delivery
  • Experience navigating consumer privacy and/or healthcare data landscapes at scale
  • Experience integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing challenges
  • Ability to build strong relationships with engineering partners
  • Experience evaluating product decisions strategically and making prioritization tradeoffs using large datasets and data-driven product decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills and mindset
  • Strong writing, presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information
  • Preferred: experience selling to or working in Life Sciences or adjacent industries
  • Preferred: experience with Veeva, Life Sciences Cloud or OCE
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce
  • Preferred: product experience in a high-growth start-up
  • Preferred: experience working on global programs
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
