About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute high-quality HTA, Value & Evidence strategic efforts to support optimal access and reimbursement for Oncology treatments
- Provide strategic guidance and robust evidence development to support global patient access
- Manage health economics and outcomes research to generate data supporting patient access to the genitourinary cancer portfolio
- Collaborate with Oncology cross-functional teams, country teams, and the Global Access Strategy and Pricing team
- Support development of the Global HTA Value & Evidence Strategy
- Manage clinically relevant and scientifically valid Value & Evidence studies and projects, including non-interventional studies and registries
- Lead updates of global value dossiers, economic models, and innovative value-proposition tools
- Develop real-world evidence generation strategies and execute studies
- Coordinate input from local and regional Access & Value teams on evidence needs
- Lead data dissemination plans and communicate evidence through publications and conference presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate degree required (e.g., MSc, MPH, PhD, DrPH) in an HEOR-relevant field such as health services research, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy administration/pharmaceutical policy, or another research-focused public health field
- 2+ years of experience with an MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 1+ year of experience with a PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR or relevant related fields
- Advanced understanding of HEOR concepts and fundamental health services research methods, including health economics, patient-reported outcomes, research study design, database analyses, epidemiology, and statistics
- Knowledge of data interpretation and external environmental trends influencing healthcare/pharmaceuticals in key markets worldwide
- Strong project management skills, including contracting, budgeting, and vendor management
- Demonstrated ability to oversee small project teams and leadership exposure
- Advanced understanding of project execution and ability to manage multiple complex projects with significant budgets, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence in a matrix environment
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Skilled in functioning within a matrix organization where managing through influence is required
- Experience with clinical trials, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world study design and implementation desirable
- Knowledge and experience in Oncology
- Experience with HTA organizations such as NICE, CADTH, PBAC, ICER, and EU JCA
- Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Completion of an HEOR-related fellowship desirable
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to work in all US time zones
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
