About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute primary market research representing the voice of the customer
  • Create learning plans addressing key brand business questions and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Integrate primary research with secondary and performance data, including claims, specialty pharmacy, CRM, and real-world data
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate marketing-campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Manage market research initiatives and associated budgets
  • Partner with brand marketing and sales teams on commercial strategy, tactics, and investment decisions
  • Support patient-journey-based business reviews tied to budgetary goals
  • Identify business questions and frame solutions that unlock brand value and inform short- and long-term change
  • Connect research and analytics into persuasive stories and recommendations for brand leadership
  • Deliver brand performance measurement and reporting using IIS models and dashboards
  • Contribute to Long-Range Forecasts and Operating Plans with US, Global, and Forecasting CoE colleagues
  • Provide regular brand performance assessments to leadership
  • Integrate insights across data science, market research, analytics engineering, and media teams
  • Communicate complex ideas with clear, data-supported narratives and align stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues
  • Manage contingent workers on assigned projects as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field required
  • 6+ years in consulting, finance, or market analytics
  • 3+ years developing data-driven brand strategy for major, high-value assets, ideally at a US and/or Global level
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary data
  • Experience designing and executing primary market research and translating it into actionable recommendations
  • Experience integrating claims, specialty pharmacy, CRM, and real-world data
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity and creative problem-solving
  • Team orientation, collaborative approach, and outstanding listening skills
  • Ability to manage through influence and influence without authority
  • Refined executive presence with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
