About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Steward the governed registry of measurement studies across the portfolio, managing intake, standards, instruments, status and findings
- Sustain readiness scoring by customer-facing role, program tracking against outcome measures, and portfolio-level impact analysis
- Execute study design and analysis using comparison groups, pre/post measurement and statistical support
- Deliver competency-to-outcome correlation analyses connecting learning architecture to measured field and business results
- Partner with Finance and the Budget Coordinator to connect program cost to measured outcomes
- Build ROI and bottom-line impact cases for priority programs and the portfolio
- Deliver insights to business, architecture and delivery stakeholders to inform decisions, prioritization and investment
- Manage reporting and communication of budget and program performance to internal stakeholders
- Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Learning Effectiveness & Impact Directors, the Learning Data & Solutions Manager, the Learning Architecture Lead, business analytics and finance partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience, or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience, in financial analysis, program performance measurement, learning analytics or evaluation, or a combination of related experience
- Expertise in study design and comparison methods for program evaluation, with strong statistical grounding
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- PowerBI, Excel and modern visualization tools
- Financial literacy, including budget data, cost models and ROI construction
- Ability to gather, synthesize and translate business requirements into actionable, stakeholder-aligned insight
- Executive presence; excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
- Approximately 10% travel required
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
