About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategies and tactics with LORBRENA and BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI HCP and Patient leads to drive portfolio growth
  • Lead planning and execution of regional, national, and global congresses as the US Lung Portfolio Lead
  • Identify and develop the Lung Speaker Bureau and manage speaker-program execution and training
  • Manage co-pay and voucher programs for LORBRENA and XALKORI
  • Measure marketing initiative impact, generate early learnings, and drive continuous improvement to achieve budget
  • Oversee print inventory management for the Lung portfolio
  • Own promotional projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing work and stakeholder alignment for promotional materials
  • Propose and manage detailed budgets and outside agencies, including briefs, projects, timelines, positioning, brand guidelines, company goals, and ethics
  • Work closely with sales, market insights, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, TLELs, Advocacy, brand-team members, and agencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience; MBA/MS with 5+ years
  • Previous in-line US/global Marketing experience and/or understanding of advanced lung cancer landscape preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market research
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence across functional stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and co-promotion partner
  • Experience managing external agencies/vendors, project budgets, and timelines
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Oncology, specialty, or rare disease marketing experience preferred
  • Experience working across a portfolio of brands preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
