About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategies and tactics with LORBRENA and BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI HCP and Patient leads to drive portfolio growth
  • Lead planning and execution of regional, national, and global congresses as US Lead
  • Identify and develop the Lung Speaker Bureau and manage execution and training of speaker programs
  • Manage co-pay and voucher programs for LORBRENA and XALKORI
  • Measure marketing initiative impact, generate early learning, and drive continuous improvement to achieve budget
  • Oversee print inventory management for the Lung portfolio
  • Own promotional projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and align work across cross-functional colleagues, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Propose and manage detailed budgets and outside agencies, including project briefs, timelines, positioning, brand guidelines, company goals, and ethics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience; MBA/MS with 5+ years
  • Previous in-line US/global Marketing experience and/or understanding of advanced lung cancer landscape preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market research
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence across functional stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and co-promotion partner
  • Experience with management of external agencies/vendors, project budgets, and timelines
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Oncology, specialty, or rare disease marketing experience preferred
  • MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferred
  • Experience working across a portfolio of brands preferred
  • Domestic travel of up to 20%
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
