About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the evolution, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered marketing capabilities
  • Partner with Pod Leads to refine user stories, support product strategy, and deliver AI-powered marketing capabilities
  • Collect, synthesize, and prioritize stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions
  • Support launches, training, and enablement for AI-enabled marketing workflows
  • Leverage user feedback, adoption metrics, and business insights to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support capability roadmaps, enhancement planning, and feature prioritization
  • Gather feature-level outcome needs, use cases, and user stories for CoCo capabilities
  • Define success metrics, business value hypotheses, and adoption goals
  • Support UAT/BAT testing, own pod sprint goals and risk register, and validate capabilities against business requirements
  • Support release backlog planning and readiness activities
  • Track user-reported issues and enhancement requests through resolution
  • Monitor adoption metrics and promote AI-native ways of working
  • Advise users on CoCo functionality and best practices
  • Collaborate with Pod Leads, Business Translators, Data Science, Engineering, UX, Change Management, and business stakeholders
  • Proactively initiate commercial analytics and innovative methodologies to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for secondary commercial analytics within an assigned therapeutic area
  • Direct use of secondary data sources and subnational analytics to inform brand strategy
  • Champion AI-generated dashboards and automated reporting
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner with Brand Teams, IIS, Data Science, and Data Strategy & Management
  • Advance AI/ML methods, novel data sources, and next-generation reporting approaches
  • Direct and assess vendor-partner work, quality oversight, and risk management
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into business language for VP and C-suite leaders
  • Standardize methodology and modernize insight-generation practices across the Specialty Care PAI portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, omnichannel, analytics, digital, commercial operations, product management, or related functions
  • 8+ years' experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting digital products, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, or commercial systems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled solutions and their application to marketing and commercial effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to drive AI innovation and adoption in commercial analytics
  • Strong analytical and coding skills in SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
  • Extensive experience designing and managing secondary data analytics
  • Direct experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, or specialty pharmacy data
  • Depth in at least one therapeutic area
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality in deliverables
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
