About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver infrastructure and delivery outcomes across AI & Agentic AI Platform hosting platforms
- Implement the technical vision for foundational platform services supporting multi-cloud hosting and AI-driven workflows
- Build scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure
- Standardize infrastructure patterns and automate deployments
- Integrate GPU enablement, autoscaling, and GitOps practices
- Build reusable AWS and Azure provisioning modules and templates
- Operate auditable CI/CD pipelines
- Automate application-team onboarding and environment setup
- Deliver runbooks, incident response guides, and self-healing automation
- Contribute to shared multi-cloud hosting and delivery pipeline architecture
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps patterns
- Drive Kubernetes orchestration, autoscaling, and workload isolation
- Refine observability, security, and compliance standards
- Run multi-environment Kubernetes clusters with hardened ingress, registry access, and role-scoped permissions
- Maintain logging, metrics, alerts, registries, DNS, and TLS platform services
- Enforce resource limits, quotas, network policies, and least-privilege access
- Participate in post-incident reviews and improve reliability and cost efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud-native infrastructure
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proven experience with multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and GitOps workflows (Argo CD)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design, observability, and security/compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Familiarity with Generative AI infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of GxP/regulated environments and qualification processes
- Proven track record of driving platform adoption and mentoring engineering teams
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
