  • Conduct product promotion within the assigned geography
  • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
  • Engage customers face-to-face and virtually
  • Develop and implement business and territory call plans
  • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies
  • Build customer rapport and relationships using digital tools and platforms
  • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
  • Use approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across relevant business channels
  • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues
  • Complete administrative expectations, including customer call entries, expense submissions, and responses to internal requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
  • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred
  • Strong track record of sales or marketing success preferred
  • Strong territory management skills preferred
  • Outstanding communications skills preferred
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability preferred
  • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred
  • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred
  • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
