About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own creative strategy, quality standards, structured testing, and long-term content development for Pflegia, Praxia, and Docia
  • Translate performance marketing data into actionable creative recommendations
  • Develop and manage a structured testing framework, from hypotheses through to learnings
  • Define angles, hooks, formats, and audience-specific messaging
  • Document learnings and scale and adapt successful concepts across multiple brands
  • Identify new creative opportunities based on performance data, audience insights, and market developments
  • Conduct final reviews and approvals of creatives for visual quality, content, messaging, wording, and audience relevance
  • Provide early feedback on concepts, scripts, copy, and drafts
  • Ensure creative standards and provide the team with clear creative direction
  • Own the content pipeline and creative roadmap
  • Set priorities based on business goals, performance, and team capacity
  • Coordinate workloads across brands and improve project organization, for example in Asana
  • Ensure clear responsibilities, realistic deadlines, and a reliable creative process
  • Bring structure to ideation, testing, evaluation, and iteration
  • Further develop the creative positioning of Pflegia and Praxia, and sharpen Docia’s creative direction and brand identity
  • Develop and promote formats, testimonials, creator content, and community insights
  • Develop long-term creative concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or creative leadership
  • Strong understanding of performance and paid social creatives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate performance metrics such as scroll-stop rate, CTR, and conversion rate into creative decisions and scale successful concepts
  • Experience building or managing a structured creative testing framework
  • Excellent creative judgment and the ability to make final decisions and approvals
  • Strong understanding of messaging and copy
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating creative teams, as well as prioritizing multiple brands or projects
  • Fluent German
  • Very good command of English
  • Enjoy working closely with Performance Marketing and Content teams
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or multi-brand environment
  • Experience in healthcare, recruiting, or a regulated or trust-based industry
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Asana, and analytics platforms
  • Experience developing brand kits, tone of voice, and long-term content strategies
  • Experience with UGC, testimonials, creators, and performance-driven video content
