About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a complex and fast-paced executive diary
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, identifying scheduling challenges and aligning stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials and supporting documentation
  • Support Board and executive leadership meetings, including planning, logistics and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate preparation and distribution of Board papers, presentations and executive communications
  • Act as a key contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation
  • Organise leadership events, company meetings and other business activities and manage logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including contingency management
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
  • Support projects, reporting and continuous improvements across the executive office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience providing executive support to a CEO, Executive Team member, or Board-level stakeholder within a fast-paced business environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating senior leadership or Board meetings, including agendas, papers, logistics and action tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, proofreading and managing professional correspondence
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  • Experience building positive working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, events and executive-level meetings across multiple locations and time zones
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify improvements and work independently
  • Sound judgement, resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
  • Right to live in the UK
  • Successful applicants must undergo a DBS check
  • Desirable: experience supporting a publicly listed, regulated, private equity-backed or investor-backed business
  • Desirable: exposure to corporate governance, company secretarial or Board administration processes
  • Desirable: experience supporting investor relations activities
