About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver go-to-market marketing plans supporting commercial growth of the Private Medical Services business
- Translate business priorities into marketing strategies driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Define customer propositions, messaging, and campaign strategies
- Use market insights, customer data, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Build collaborative relationships across commercial, product, ecommerce, operations, finance, customer services, and clinical teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Communicate marketing plans, priorities, performance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance and define success measures
- Use data-driven insights to optimise activity and maximise return on investment
- Manage marketing budgets and align spending with business objectives
- Work closely with the Director to support marketing strategy and business performance objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth
- Strong strategic marketing planning skills
- Ability to translate customer insights and commercial objectives into effective marketing activity
- Broad knowledge of marketing channels and media, including digital, CRM, paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, and other customer acquisition channels
- Data-driven approach; ability to interpret performance metrics, customer data, and market insights
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating return on investment
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders
- Experience working with external creative, media, or specialist agency partners
- Proven ability to thrive in complex, matrix organisations
- Experience within a regulated industry is essential
- Healthcare sector experience advantageous
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, CRM systems, analytics tools, and workflow management platforms (e.g. Asana) desirable
- Experience supporting proposition development, product launches, or customer-centric growth initiatives desirable
- Applicants must prove they have the right to live in the UK
