About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Operations Director in the operational and strategic management of the pharmacy prescription billing business unit
- Ensure smooth, high-quality, and timely operations
- Support customer projects and the strategic development of the business unit
- Manage projects focused on digitalization and process improvement
- Analyze, optimize, and standardize existing business processes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency
- Contribute to resource and workforce planning
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams
- Monitor relevant KPIs and derive appropriate measures
- Work closely with IT, Sales, Product Management, and Software Development
- Represent the company at industry events
- Report directly to the Head of the Digital Prescription Center and serve as their deputy
- Manage key and reference customers
- Contribute to strengthening the company’s market positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed university degree or comparable commercial or technical training
- Several years of professional experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a service-oriented or process-driven environment
- Experience managing employees and/or managers
- Proven success in process optimization, automation, or project management
- Technical understanding and affinity for digital solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
- High level of initiative, structured approach to work, and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a team-oriented approach
- Very good command of German
- Proficiency in MS Office
