About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure smooth, high-quality, and timely operational performance
  • Support customer projects and the strategic development of the business unit
  • Manage projects focused on digitalization and process improvement
  • Analyze, optimize, and standardize existing business processes
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Contribute to resource and workforce planning
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and derive appropriate measures
  • Work closely with IT, Sales, Product Management, and Software Development
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Support the Operations Management team in the operational and strategic management of the prescription billing business unit for pharmacies
  • Manage key and reference customers
  • Report directly to the Head of the Digital Prescription Center, including deputizing for them

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent commercial or technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a service-oriented or process-driven environment
  • Experience managing employees and/or managers
  • Proven success in process optimization, automation, or project management
  • Technical understanding and an affinity for digital solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
  • High level of initiative, structured approach to work, and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team-oriented approach
  • Very good German language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
