About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive profitable revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Penetrate new accounts and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer business objectives and position tailored Ultrasound solutions across Cardiovascular, General Imaging, and POC
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and Philips teams at all levels
  • Continue customer communication after order closure to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions
  • Develop and own customer strategies within the assigned territory to achieve growth targets
  • Coordinate order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules through equipment installation
  • Communicate with logistics and project managers
  • Negotiate solutions and close deals
  • Perform effectively as a field role outside company facilities, generally at customer or supplier locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education/experience
  • 4+ years of experience in medical device hospital sales
  • Capital equipment sales highly preferred
  • Effective account management skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • Converting new business
  • Funnel prioritization
  • Sales growth and market expansion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presentations up to C-suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team-player orientation
  • Must be willing to travel, including some overnights
  • Canadian work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
