About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training, and product handover
- Support Account Managers with clinical decision support and advise sales teams during customer acquisition
- Develop and execute clinical sales strategies to expand market share
- Participate in clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Educate sales teams on emerging clinical issues and position solutions for market changes
- Support new product launches and monitor developments in clinical applications and equipment operations
- Train customers and new end-users on newly installed IGT-S products
- Schedule application training with customers
- Train customers on clinical procedures and protocols for cathlabs, patient monitors, and C-arm equipment
- Deliver customized competency-based training materials and support user group meetings
- Conduct regular customer visits and collect feedback on training quality and satisfaction
- Report equipment-use issues and customer feedback to the IGT-S business unit
- Complete assigned quality and regulatory training on time
- Manage radiation protection and health and safety standards
- Control hazards or accidents and involve the regional Safety Advisor when necessary
- Ensure clinical application training complies with company quality policy
- Support other countries outside Korea as part of the APAC IGT-S Clinical Applications Specialist team when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in clinical applications or as a radiographer in a hospital setting preferred
- Experience with interventional procedures in a hospital setting, clinical sales, or sales support preferred
- Experience in angiography and image-guided therapy product domains preferred
- In-depth knowledge of cathlabs, C-arms, and radiation safety preferred
- Proficiency in a clinical segment such as interventional cardiology, radiology, vascular, or neurology preferred
- Presentation and demo skills
- Communication and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving, critical-thinking, and priority-setting skills
- Ability to travel extensively within South Korea and within APAC when necessary
- No obstacle to overseas travel
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
