About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
  • Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products
  • Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
  • Collaborate with field service, sales, and project management throughout implementation and go-live
  • Develop plans supporting clinical solution implementation and usage
  • Deliver consultative clinical services focused on workflows and optimization
  • Manage clinical implementation activities, including workflow assessment, education needs evaluation, education planning, configuration requirements, equipment and application education, first customer use, change adoption, and optimization
  • Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot technical implementation issues involving networks and clinical informatics systems
  • Travel approximately 90% across the district, with daily driving and occasional overnight, air, train, bus, and national travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
  • Experience in an ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU setting
  • Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse
  • Current/active nursing license; must be able to provide verification
  • Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience highly preferred
  • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred
  • Passion for technology and education related to patient care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
  • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Tampa, Sarasota, or Orlando, Florida
