About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of Image Guided Therapy clinical education to Philips customers
- Provide basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics throughout the assigned geography
- Deliver onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training
- Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new solution functionality
- Lead and own the learning experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer experience for onsite training and customer communication
- Communicate project status, issues, and delays to internal teams
- Build communication and collaboration within the learning audience
- Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and obtain advanced proficiency in specialization areas
- Address and resolve diverse problems using sound judgment
- Travel approximately 75%, including daily driving, overnight stays, and possible air/train/bus travel across the zone and occasionally nationally
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical environment
- Current/active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Advanced certification in at least one of: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or required to obtain within 12 months from beginning of employment
- Certificate or associate degree
- Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
- Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials and wear required personal protective equipment
- May be required to comply with vendor credentialing
- US work authorization; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered
- Must reside in or within commuting distance in Georgia
- Must reside in a city within the territory holding the majority of the customer base
- Must be located within 1 hour drive of a major (non-regional) airport
