About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
  • Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products
  • Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
  • Collaborate with field service, sales, and project management throughout multiphase implementation and go-live processes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal partners and customers
  • Understand customer goals and develop clinical solution implementation and usage plans
  • Deliver consultative, advanced clinical services focused on workflows and optimization
  • Manage clinical aspects of implementations, including workflow assessment and education-needs evaluation
  • Create education plans and determine custom configuration requirements
  • Plan and deliver equipment and application education
  • Support first customer use and encourage ongoing adoption of change
  • Optimize use of complex monitoring solutions
  • Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot technical implementation and clinical informatics issues
  • Travel approximately 90% across the district, with daily driving, occasional overnight stays, and possible air/train/bus travel
  • Provide further support across the zone and occasional national travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
  • Experience in an ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU setting
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse)
  • Current/active nursing license with verification required
  • Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
  • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred
  • Passion for technology and education related to patient care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
  • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Minnesota/Iowa
