About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of strategy, execution, adoption, and value delivery for long-term strategic partnerships within the Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem
  • Drive clinical, operational, and financial improvements with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure customers achieve adoption and optimization of bedside and transport monitors, central stations, mobility and notification tools, clinical decision support applications, and interoperability components
  • Develop and manage a unified, data-driven customer success and outcomes roadmap across strategic partnerships and traditional HPM service models
  • Expand Philips’ presence within customer accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Solutions & Delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Partner with Sales to secure renewals, grow existing agreements, transition customers to higher-value offerings, add addendums, and expand Philips portfolio adoption
  • Serve as a trusted advisor connecting customer objectives to Philips’ monitoring and enterprise portfolio
  • Travel locally 50–75% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Clinical Transformation, or similar
  • Hospital healthcare or medical device industry experience required
  • Strong executive influence, strategic mindset, and cross-functional leadership
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for evaluating, managing, and presenting KPIs and success planning
  • Deep understanding of hospital networks and workflows
  • Hospital patient monitoring knowledge highly preferred
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) or 9+ years of related experience
  • Current Gainsight certification is a plus
  • Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and reports
  • US work authorization required
  • Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to New York City
