About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver hands-on and remote clinical training for Philips Disease Management Solutions, primarily DynaCAD and UroNav
- Provide product education and implementation support
- Serve as a clinical consultant to physicians and technologists
- Provide workflow guidance and application support
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Customer Support, Quality, Research & Development, and Manufacturing teams
- Support customer success, product implementations, and new product introductions
- Assemble and install the UroNAV product
- Troubleshoot software and workflow issues
- Help customers optimize advanced imaging and post-processing solutions
- Travel approximately 90% to customer sites throughout the United States
- Work from a home-based office while supporting changing customer locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of clinical experience as an MRI Technologist and/or Ultrasound Technologist
- Strong knowledge of imaging workflows and patient care environments
- Troubleshooting software, computer, networking, and basic DICOM issues
- Strong teaching, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent education in Radiology
- Active ARRT credential with advanced MRI or active ARDMS certification
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and build strong relationships
- Extensive travel, including overnight stays
- Located within commutable distance of a major (non-regional) airport
- Preferred: 10+ years of MRI or Ultrasound clinical experience
- Preferred: experience with image generation and data analysis tools
- Preferred: advanced knowledge of clinical applications, post-processing products, and imaging system troubleshooting
- Must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered
- Must reside in or within commuting distance of a major (non-regional) airport
