About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define detailed requirements for product, solution, and service development based on customer insights and market trends
- Develop product, software, and lifecycle specifications aligned with portfolio marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain value propositions, business cases, product specifications, claims roadmaps, and plans
- Execute product and claims strategies with limited supervision
- Collaborate with regional Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams
- Guide product positioning, optimize margins, and align with business, regulatory, and financial goals
- Use analytics, market insights, competitor activity, customer feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate product success and refine strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and product integrity throughout the product lifecycle
- Partner with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams
- Support testing protocol design, implementation, and refinement
- Manage product launches and ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
- Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders through advisory boards and educational initiatives
- Guide channel strategies and develop go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Business or equivalent, OR minimal prior experience with a Master's Degree
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent
- Skills in stakeholder management, business acumen, market intelligence, UX research, clinical research, NPI, clinical and medical affairs, PLM, technology acumen, feedback management, and data analysis & interpretation
- Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Excellent communication and ability to work well under limited supervision
- Ability to maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and collaborate with regional cross-functional teams
- US work authorization required
- Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN or Bedford, MA
