About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage customer relationships through technical knowledge and service delivery
Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites
Provide customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving customer needs
Understand customers' businesses and competitive environments and generate service revenue
Participate in the regional work team and improve team processes
Identify training gaps and increase capability and capacity, including qualification in multiple modalities and learning new tools
Complete timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, installation documents, site and service documentation, and related paperwork
Adhere to training, quality, safety, and Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements
Use tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems
Complete preventative maintenance, Field Change Orders, installations, and related tasks
Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems
Travel approximately 70% across the specified geography, with average daily driving of 1–4 hours and occasional overnight, air, or train travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
Preferred experience in Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance (MR), and/or Diagnostic Xray (DXR) imaging equipment
Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment
Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered
Must reside in or within commuting distance to Minneapolis or St. Paul, Minnesota
