About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer relationships through effective use of technical knowledge
  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites
  • Provide customer service by meeting commitments and arrival times and resolving customer needs
  • Understand customers’ businesses and competitive environments and generate service revenue
  • Participate in the regional work team and improve team processes
  • Identify training gaps and increase capability and capacity, including qualification in multiple modalities and learning new tools
  • Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, FCOs, preventive maintenance, installation documents, and site/service documentation
  • Follow Philips, state, and federal regulatory, training, quality, and safety requirements
  • Use tools, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems
  • Complete preventive maintenance, FCOs, installations, and related tasks
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems
  • Travel approximately 70% across the specified geography, with average driving time of 1–4 hours daily and occasional overnight, air, or train travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging field or hospital-based service environment, or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
  • Preferred experience in Image Guided Therapy (IGT) imaging equipment
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
  • Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment
  • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to meet minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work in office/home office and/or remote settings, and hospital/healthcare environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
  • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials and wear required PPE
  • US work authorization required; sponsorship unavailable
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Cleveland, Ohio
