About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple healthcare implementations varying in scope, size and complexity
- Manage IT solutions, capital equipment installations and systems integration projects
- Ensure a stellar customer experience guided by the statement of work
- Coordinate, lead and motivate cross-functional internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources
- Coordinate with the hospital-provided project manager or points of contact
- Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines
- Advise on project plans
- Provide daily updates on project status and activities
- Serve the healthcare community through management of capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or equivalent
- Robust leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Applicable PMI certification per role/level required within a specified period after start date
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Louisville or Paducah, Kentucky
- Must travel up to 75% in the market
- Must successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship are not considered
