About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, test, and optimize AI agents and conversational AI experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Support AI agent workflows and troubleshoot solutions to improve effectiveness and user experience
  • Connect AI solutions to enterprise data sources including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams, Power BI, and Azure-based repositories
  • Support data preparation, transformation, and validation
  • Support Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging internal business content and enterprise data
  • Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
  • Identify scalable, repeatable solutions that improve productivity and reduce administrative burden
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to measure solution adoption, user feedback, and business impact
  • Support business cases and recommendations for broader deployment of successful AI solutions
  • Document solution architecture, workflows, and deployment processes
  • Create user guides, training materials, and enablement content
  • Support governance, compliance, and operational readiness activities for AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience with one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL
  • Basic understanding of data structures and data management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as Azure cloud technologies
  • Experience or academic exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent development, APIs, or system integrations
  • Familiarity with Git, source control, and agile development practices
  • Experience developing personal, academic, or open-source AI projects
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN
  • Must be able to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
