About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead execution and delivery of complex customer-facing enterprise Vue PACS projects
Ensure project objectives, deliverables and milestones meet scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements
Drive day-to-day project activities with focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business outcomes
Advise customers and stakeholders on technical and operational matters throughout the project lifecycle
Build customer relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, resolve complex issues and manage expectations
Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans
Coordinate cross-functional technical, operational and support resources
Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, manage dependencies and allocate resources
Evaluate and manage project risks, issues and change requests
Develop mitigation strategies and maintain compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
Support presales activities, technical integration, system deployments and customer onboarding
Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders
Conduct post-project reviews, analyze customer feedback and project performance data
Implement best practices to improve future project delivery, customer value and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of specific project or program management experience in healthcare information technology, radiology or cardiology informatics
2+ years of experience leading projects within the Healthcare space, preferably with the Vue PACS product
Proven track record of delivering successful projects across the full project lifecycle
Expertise in leading cross-functional teams
Experience collaborating with customers and vendors
Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent
Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and clinical workflows
Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
US work authorization required
