About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution and delivery of complex customer-facing Vue PACS projects
  • Ensure project objectives, deliverables and milestones are achieved within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements
  • Drive day-to-day project activities with focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business outcomes
  • Advise customers and stakeholders on technical and operational matters throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build customer relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, resolve complex issues and manage expectations
  • Develop and implement project execution plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical, operational and support resources
  • Monitor project progress, key performance metrics, dependencies and resource allocation
  • Evaluate and manage project risks, issues and change requests
  • Develop mitigation strategies and maintain compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
  • Support presales activities, technical integration, system deployments and customer onboarding
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Conduct post-project reviews and analyze customer feedback and project performance data
  • Implement best practices to improve future project delivery, customer value and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of specific project or program management experience in healthcare information technology, radiology or cardiology informatics
  • 2+ years of experience leading projects within the Healthcare space, preferably with the Vue PACS product
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with customers and vendors, applying process improvement and problem-solving skills, and communicating and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and clinical workflows
  • CAPM, PMP, Green/Black Belt Certification preferred
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
