About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage contracts and relationships with select IDNs for all Philips Healthcare Products
  • Work strategically at the C-Level and cross-functionally with the internal Philips sales team
  • Act as the single point of contact to drive strategy with key IDN accounts nationally
  • Provide market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare legislation
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships and support Philips solution and product portfolio standardization
  • Identify growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plans, current contracts, products, needs, care gaps, installed base, and construction strategies
  • Develop deal strategies and maintain account funnel, forecast, and AOP performance
  • Communicate, align, and drive the team to execute account strategy
  • Negotiate and oversee contract development, compliance, terms and conditions, renewals, and extensions
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Field Sales experience in healthcare industry required
  • Experience with C-Level and IDNs required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Experience leading account teams/direct reports, across multiple modalities, and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth, preferred
  • Experience selling Enterprise Capital Equipment into accounts characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers, preferred
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for a Sales position, with or without accommodation
  • Ability to engage customers in meaningful, in-depth conversations and educate them about industry trends and business issues
  • Must be willing to travel, including overnights
  • US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Texas
