About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer-facing projects from initiation through closeout
Ensure execution within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and business requirements
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, task prioritization, scheduling, budget oversight, and milestone tracking
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions
Serve as primary customer and stakeholder liaison
Manage customer expectations, resolve escalated issues, provide status updates, and align cross-functional teams
Lead, coach, and develop project teams, including talent selection, performance management, career development, engagement, and compensation processes
Partner with technical, clinical, and operational teams on integration, installation, and delivery at customer sites
Ensure technical, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are met
Drive process improvements, capture lessons learned, and implement best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR minimum 5 years of experience with Master's degree in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent
Cloud product experience required
PACS experience required
Experience with regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, strategic planning, KPI management, and budget management
Ability to drive continuous improvement in project management processes
PMP strongly preferred
Ability to travel nationally up to 25%
Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
