About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead service operations for a global interventional cardiology and vascular device portfolio
  • Own field performance, delivery execution, and operational governance across field service engineers, product support specialists, and service coordinators
  • Set the operating rhythm for corrective, preventive, and installation service across North America
  • Partner with international service leaders to align global standards
  • Own service training and technical education, including training program management, course delivery, certification programs, and training center operations across three continental sites
  • Ensure engineers maintain verified competency across product lines in a regulated medical device environment
  • Drive improvements in service performance, including restoration time, first-visit resolution, installation quality, contract capture, and preventive maintenance completion
  • Lead root-cause analysis and design operational improvements with engineering and supply chain partners
  • Translate field data into changes that improve customer uptime and reduce repeat service events
  • Manage service quality, complaint escalation, corrective actions, compliance tracking, product lifecycle support, and regulatory documentation
  • Collaborate with quality, regulatory, product engineering, field, manufacturing, parts supply, commercial, and enterprise technology teams
  • Build service delivery infrastructure for portfolio expansion and acquisition integrations
  • Ensure new products have staffed and validated operational service capability from day one

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR 6+ years of experience with Master's degree in Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • US work authorization required
  • Candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered
