About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to Philips France’s thinking on major transformations in the French healthcare system.
  • Turn data, publications, and field feedback into analyses and value propositions.
  • Conduct structured literature reviews and leverage available data.
  • Assess the quality and relevance of sources and clearly explain their limitations.
  • Compare French and international initiatives.
  • Identify stakeholders, barriers, key success factors, and relevant indicators.
  • Develop simplified health-economic scenarios linking costs, resources, time savings, and expected outcomes.
  • Consolidate data while respecting confidentiality requirements.
  • Distinguish observed results from assumptions and document uncertainties.
  • Draft summary briefs, presentations, thematic fact sheets, and contributions to white papers.
  • Support the development of value propositions and responses to requests for proposals.
  • Contribute to preparing co-creation workshops and documenting their key learnings.
  • Deliver, in particular, analysis reports, a simplified health-economic model, an indicator framework, summary materials, and a reusable database of sources and use cases.
  • Work with the Strategic Partnerships, Strategic Business Architects, Strategic Business Development, Healthcare Consulting, and Research & Innovation teams, as well as medical, finance, public affairs, and sustainability experts, under the supervision of the internship supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in healthcare management, public health, health economics, economics, political science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in healthcare system transformations, public policy, health economics, or healthcare innovation.
  • Ability to conduct rigorous research, critically analyze information, and synthesize complex topics.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in French and English.
  • Organized, curious, self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working with data, assumptions, and incomplete information.
