About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work across Group Brand & Marketing and Corporate Affairs & Brand within an integrated operating model
  • Support delivery of motion design, video production, and conceptual creative work
  • Gain hands-on experience across the full creative process, from idea generation and storyboarding to animation, filming, and postproduction
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams
  • Apply brand governance and regulatory requirements to ensure outputs meet Group standards
  • Support consistent, high-quality brand execution
  • Develop technical craft and creative strengths through studio workflows, brand governance, and corporate compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic understanding of marketing and brand principles
  • Awareness of how brand, marketing, creative, or content activities work together within a wider marketing system
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with others, building relationships, and contributing to cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable using or exploring AI-enabled tools
  • Willingness to learn to enhance content planning, social analytics, and productivity while meeting brand, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Organisational skills and ability to support multiple projects
  • Ability to manage day-to-day tasks, support project coordination, and contribute to efficient studio or marketing workflows
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Brand, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferable
  • Some professional or design environment experience, such as a placement, internship, or part-time role, would be beneficial
  • Experience using MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create reports and presentations
