Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced and inclusive people leader
  • Solid employee relations experience
  • Broad employee relations and colleague wellbeing expertise
  • Strength in absence management and health-related casework
  • Sound judgement balancing employment law, regulatory and commercial considerations
  • Credibility and influencing skills to build relationships with operational leaders, senior stakeholders and the staff association
  • Experience improving ER operations, including case management, governance, controls, processes, capacity planning and ways of working
  • Strategic and evidence-led approach to wellbeing
  • Continuous improvement mindset using data and insight
  • Ability to lead confidently through change
