About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the consumer brand activation and content plan
  • Translate agreed brand priorities into two to three major integrated activation programmes each year
  • Shape and lead each activation end-to-end, from brief and strategic development through creative and media planning, approvals, launch, optimisation and evaluation
  • Lead the consumer activation pilot and apply insight and learning to strengthen future activity
  • Connect audience insight, creative strategy, media and channel planning across paid, owned and earned activity
  • Lead agency partners, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Set clear briefs and creative standards and challenge agency recommendations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, investment, governance, dependencies, risks and approvals
  • Use performance insight to optimise activity and inform future decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience shaping and delivering integrated consumer brand activations from strategy and brief through to evaluation
  • Exceptional programme management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream activity on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Strong creative judgement and media planning knowledge
  • Confidence to challenge and improve agency recommendations
  • Proven ability to lead agency partners and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation
  • Strong commercial judgement
  • Ability to use brand, audience and campaign insight to optimise activity and inform decisions
