About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of products, projects and change initiatives on time, within scope and budget
Manage delivery plans, priorities, dependencies, risks and resources across multiple teams and workstreams
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices
Lead, coach and support cross-functional teams
Build stakeholder relationships and provide communication, reporting and delivery updates
Coordinate release planning and delivery activities for business and technology changes
Use data, metrics and insights to monitor performance and improve outcomes
Identify and resolve delivery challenges, risks and blockers
Support resource and capacity planning
Ensure delivery activities comply with governance, standards and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience delivering complex initiatives in Agile environments
Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and dependencies
Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
Experience using delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
Track record of delivering outcomes on time, within budget and to a high standard
Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check required
Offers of employment are conditional pending passing the BPSS check
