  • Coach and mentor stakeholders and team members on advanced methodologies

  • Identify workflows suited to AI-assisted tools and agents
  • Build and iterate AI tools, agent workflows, and agent skills
  • Redesign processes to balance human judgment, automation, quality, adoption, and sustainment
  • Coach stakeholders on responsible automation practices
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments and drive adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred; Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field a plus
  • One or more advanced methodology certifications such as Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Advanced Lean, PMI advanced credentials (PgMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Prosci Change Management
  • 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, program management, or similar roles
  • 3+ years of program leadership experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification from an accredited provider, or Lean Master certification, or PMP with multiple process project completions
  • Proven experience leading large-scale operational transformation programs spanning multiple domains with measurable impact and sustained results over 18+ months
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex operational performance data
  • Advanced communication and influence skills with department heads, executives, and senior leadership
  • Cross-functional collaboration expertise
  • Technology or product organization experience with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of operational excellence frameworks, structured problem-solving, and business process optimization
  • Experience with enterprise operational tools and systems, including performance measurement, process mapping, analytics, program management, and dashboards
  • Change management and organizational development expertise
  • Senior leadership collaboration experience with VP+ executives
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to operational workflow redesign or automation adoption
  • Ability to reason about AI limits and coach stakeholders on practical use and guardrails
  • Remote team members must live and work in the United States, excluding territories, and have reliable high-speed internet
