About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across all integration partners
  • Work with partners and Senior Architects/Partners to deliver high-quality models
  • Communicate with partners and customers to gather documents required by the Pigment Framework
  • Use the analysis framework to deliver a first layer of automated qualification with AI
  • Review and validate business requirements translated from customers by partners
  • Review and validate design architecture
  • Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of customer models
  • Escalate identified gaps to Senior Architects and/or partners
  • Collaborate with Senior Architects and the Product Team to design and build GenAI-based QA tools
  • Provide level-1 support on modeling activities
  • Provide level-1 support on source software integration and migration solutions, including connectors and APIs
  • Complete Pigment platform onboarding and certification
  • Apply learnings to improve performance and contribute to the wider Pigment ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Structured and well-organized, with strong project management skills
  • Skilled at understanding and building complex systems (EPM, ERP, Data Warehouse) while maintaining clarity on the underlying business purpose
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within software implementation
  • Experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive is especially relevant
  • Strong communicator, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skilled at translating detailed data analysis and technical insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset when working cross-functionally with other departments and partners
  • Sound judgment in identifying when topics require escalation to senior team members
  • Strong learner, especially in new domains
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving product
  • Fluent in English
  • French or additional European languages are a plus
  • Master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferred
