About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and scale the operational engine powering the Americas Sales organization
  • Partner with Americas Sales leadership to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the Americas revenue funnel
  • Coordinate with the global Revenue Operations team to align systems, processes, and reporting standards
  • Own territory planning, forecasting support, pipeline management, and process optimization initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted right hand to the Americas GM and active member of the GTM Americas leadership team
  • Provide operational insight shaping regional strategy and decision-making
  • Drive regional GTM strategy, territory design and planning, account prioritization, and performance optimization
  • Establish rigor around forecasting, pipeline management, KPI definition, reporting, and business reviews
  • Own and optimize sales processes and workflows with cross-regional counterparts
  • Coordinate with the global GTM Systems team to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Represent the Americas in global sales compensation structures, incentive programs, and SPIFF strategies
  • Drive adoption and standardization of Salesforce and core GTM tools within the Americas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Strong experience supporting Sales and BDR/SDR motions in a high-growth environment
  • Experience owning or partnering closely with Deal Desk operations
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and core revenue systems
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment, partnering with regional leadership while coordinating with a global operations function
  • Nice to have: experience with modern GTM tooling including Salesforce, Gong, and data enrichment platforms
  • Nice to have: experience driving AI-enabled workflows and automation within Revenue Operations
  • Nice to have: working knowledge of sales compensation design and GTM planning methodologies
  • French, German, or another European language proficiency is a plus
