Key responsibilities & impact

Act as trusted advisor to strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and Pigment's multidimensionality concepts
Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges
Run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling
Build and enrich the Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules
Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement
Partner with Pigment's strategic clients to unlock the full value of the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform
Design multidimensional models and advise CFOs and other client stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory
Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite
Builder's curiosity about AI; experience using AI tools to work smarter
Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders
EPM modeling experience preferred
Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases such as supply chain, SPM, or Workforce preferred
Comfort with data analysis, data flows and connections, including SQL and APIs preferred
Experience with AI tools/vibe coding, Claude code, MCP, solution design, and data architecture preferred
