About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns supporting AI, innovation, and technology transformation initiatives
Lead change management planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement for AI and innovation projects
Design and coordinate live training sessions, guides, videos, and office hours to build AI literacy and tool adoption
Own the editorial voice and creative execution of AI and innovation communications across channels
Translate strategic priorities into internal narratives and multi-channel campaigns with the Director, AI Transformation
Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development, HR/Talent, and Practice Solutions
Measure and report on communication effectiveness and training adoption
Mentor and advise junior team members supporting AI transformation communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or organizational development, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or partnership-driven organization
Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with a creative eye for storytelling and audience-appropriate tone
Demonstrated experience designing and leading change management and training programs for technology or process adoption
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership
Ability to work independently and exercise sound editorial and strategic judgment
Experience with AI or technology-related change initiatives is a plus
