Key responsibilities & impact

Support and lead Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live
Help CFOs and Controllers modernize finance operations with AI
Configure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems
Contribute to implementation best practices and delivery documentation
Assist with client scoping and sales handoffs
Deliver projects on time, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure systems work correctly
Continuously learn new tools, automations, and workflows for modern finance
Earn trust with CFOs and Controllers and help shape the Raiz client experience

What you’ll need

2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance, ideally public audit or assurance, or industry GL, revenue, or consolidations
Strong command of US GAAP and the period-end close process
ERP familiarity, including systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks
Genuine curiosity about next-generation platforms such as Rillet
Ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows
Strong communication skills and a client-ready presence
Ability to engage credibly with Controllers and CFOs
Collaborative, self-directed style; comfortable with autonomy
Prior client-facing, consulting, or ERP implementation experience is a plus
Familiarity with ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus
FP&A exposure is a plus
CPA preferred, active or inactive, but not required
