Key responsibilities & impact

Manage sales expense accruals and collaborate with teams to ensure costs are captured accurately
Lead forecasting and budgeting for global sales teams and initiatives
Reconcile budget vs. actuals and provide insights into spending trends
Improve reporting consistency and simplify tracking of sales performance metrics and operational spend
Use Anaplan for reporting, tracking, and analysis
Build a single source of truth for sales headcount and financials

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, focused on expenses and headcount
Strong accounting foundation
Hands-on experience managing accruals and expense recognition
Experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and forecasting
Direct experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning
Expert Excel skills and ability to build robust financial models
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent experience
