About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage program daily operations, including escalations, team support, daily distribution, and operations management
Manage requests end to end
Train, coach, and develop onboarding team members
Collaborate with the Director of Operations on performance, attendance, conduct, staffing, and resourcing issues
Manage special projects as assigned or necessary
Ensure compliance with Pinnacle Group policies, contractual requirements, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain process controls and reporting
Build relationships with Procurement, Finance, Business Operations, and Suppliers
Create a service-focused team culture delivering an excellent experience to consultants, recruiters, account managers, and suppliers
