About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support preparation of analysis and accompanying slide decks for quarterly supplier management reviews with program and client leadership
Support supplier scorecard meetings and prepare performance analysis, messaging, meeting scheduling, and compiled scorecard PDFs
Review requisition distribution and optimize distribution lists in alignment with program goals
Support supplier scorecard access and rollout to MSP customers
Support internal and client supplier summits
Support vetting and onboarding of new suppliers
Support compliance audits and discussions with suppliers
Track and follow up on action items from supplier meetings
Track and support new supplier performance reporting requests
Maintain the Pinnacle Supplier Portal for diversity statuses and points of contact and ensure client VMS environments are aligned
Gather information from internal and external stakeholders, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to remediate problems
Communicate effectively based on the situation and audience
Provide customer service and responsiveness to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with a major in a business discipline (Business Analytics is preferred)
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Previous customer service experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated curiosity to analyze data and identify opportunities/trends
Understanding of relational databases and experience creating basic reports and dashboards in Tableau (or equivalent) are a plus
Previous staffing industry experience is a plus
