About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build supportive and constructive connections with individuals in mentorship or training
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the training team to design, update, and develop training materials
- Develop and implement mentorship programs supporting team members’ professional and personal growth
- Create engaging and interactive training modules with leadership
- Use real-world examples, case studies, and simulation exercises to improve understanding and retention
- Monitor mentee and trainee progress through assessments and evaluations
- Provide additional education as identified
- Analyze training effectiveness and identify areas needing additional support or training
- Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among trainers and leadership
- Communicate training and mentoring progress, challenges, and successes to leadership and management
- Maintain current training materials based on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Clinical Manager in Pinnacle Home Care
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or coaching roles
- Strong understanding of home healthcare operations, industry regulations, and patient care standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- Proficient in training platforms and tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Skilled in delivering engaging and effective presentations
- Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Travel as needed to support business operations
