About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals
- Consult with borrowers to understand financing goals and recommend mortgage solutions
- Structure loans using conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing
- Partner with the dedicated LOA and in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Grow business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities
- Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active NMLS license
- Proven success originating residential mortgage loans
- Existing referral relationships or desire to actively build a strong pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to work independently while leveraging support from an experienced operations team
