About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes
- Present newly developed dashboards to field executives to ensure full understanding and utilization of reports
- Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and visualize healthcare data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- 1-3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data sets preferred
- Experience analyzing clinical data sets, specifically behavioral health, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 preferred
- Multi-state, multi-site healthcare provider experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of data warehouse functions
- Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) system
- Required proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree required
- Required 1 year of experience analyzing healthcare data sets
- Required 1 year of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
