About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support revenue and performance management of key sales verticals
  • Build sophisticated models to provide insights and improve revenue forecasting
  • Use AI-driven financial tools and platforms to automate analyses, identify revenue trends, and enhance forecasting accuracy
  • Deliver financial reporting to Pinterest executives and Sales leaders
  • Create dashboards and models to monitor KPIs and drive strategic insight
  • Support strategic programs involving agencies, resellers, and advertiser partnerships
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses
  • Partner with Sales leaders on P&L improvement and strategic business decisions
  • Provide CFO-level partnership and analytics to the Chief Business Officer and global leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in SQL and financial analytics
  • Exceptional Google Sheets and/or Excel skills
  • Experience creating financial models and dashboards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Google Slides proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight timelines
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or forecasting tools, such as ChatGPT, Tableau with AI features, or Google Cloud AI platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant field, or minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or other quantitative fields
  • Applicants must be US-based
